Special Events and Reunion Information

Please find below some important upcoming events over the next few months including the livestream link for our St Andrew's College ANZAC Day service on Tuesday 25 April, and ticketing information for our London Reunion on Tuesday 22 August.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like further information on any of these events. I will be in touch next term with booking details for Gentlemen's Luncheon on Friday 13 October which will also include 65 and 70 Years On, and the Class of 2009–2013 will be celebrating their 10 Years On reunion on Thursday 16 November, so mark these dates in your diaries.

ANZAC DAY 25 APRIL 2023

The ANZAC Day Service is a long-standing St Andrew’s College tradition, which is held each year in the Centennial Chapel. We commemorate those who lost their lives in war, particularly Old Collegians and Staff who died during WWII, as well as honouring returned servicemen and women.

All Old Collegians are very welcome to attend this special service on Tuesday 25 April, at 10.00am (in person or online) with those attending onsite joining us for morning tea in the Strowan House dining room afterwards.

For those who attend in person, this will take place in the St Andrew’s College Centennial Chapel. 

Please email oldcols@stac.school.nz if you intend to come. for catering purposes. There is no cost to attend and no need to send an apology if you are unable to make it.

For those of you unable to attend in person, we will be live streaming this special service. We hope, wherever in the world you may be, you can join us online to remember our fallen.

Please click the link below to view the live stream at 10.00am on ANZAC Day. This will also be available to view after the service.

LONDON OLD COLLEGIANS COCKTAIL FUNCTION

The Rector, Mrs Christine Leighton warmly invites you to a Cocktail Function for our Old Collegians in London and surrounds.

50 YEARS ON: Classes of 1972–1966 and 1973–1967

We are looking forward to welcoming our 50 Years On groups for the weekend of 26–28 May 2023. The Classes of 1972 and 1973 will join together this year, due to last year's event being interrupted by COVID-19.

We are looking forward to welcoming our 40 Years On Class for the weekend of 23–24 June 2023.

OCA ANNUAL DINNER

The Annual Dinner is the Old Collegians Association's biggest event of the year, bringing together Old Collegians of all ages!

Join us for a fun evening as we present and celebrate this year's OCA Award recipients.

Get a group of your past classmates together and book a table of 10, or purchase individual tickets. Partners are also very welcome.

We will announce our winners next term!

Friday 21 July 2023, 6.30pm 

Prices: $55.00 (student ID) and $75.00.
(includes all food and beverages for the evening)

1st XV Rugby Reunion: Teams from 1953,1963, 1973, 1983, 1993, 2003 and 2013

St Andrew’s College Rugby Club and the Old Collegians Association invite the 1st XV teams of 1953, 1963, 1973, 1983, 1993, 2003 and 2013 to return and celebrate milestone reunions from 10 to 70 years on since you proudly represented the St Andrew's College thistle.

This event has now passed.

OLD COLLEGIANS ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT 2023

The St Andrew's College Old Collegian Association Golf Tournament will take place on Friday 28 April 2023 at the Waitikiri Golf Club.

This tournament supports St Andrew’s College Cricket. We only have a few spots left so get in quick!

10.45am – Registration
11.30am – Shotgun start

Cost is $60.00 per person (including the green fee, BBQ, food platter).

Open to all Old Collegians and friends of the College.
