Years 11–13 Foundation Sports and Cultural Scholarship Application Form

Tau 11-13 Pukatono Tūāpapa Hākinakina, Tūāpapa Ahurea

The College Board offers Middle School and Senior College scholarships annually.

Academic tuition fee reductions are available to students of outstanding sport or cultural ability, supported by sound academic progress. These scholarships are offered to incoming students in Years 11, 12 and 13 who are not currently attending St Andrew’s College.

Form of Scholarship

All scholarships represent a subsidy on tuition fees. The amount of fee reduction will depend on the all-round or specific qualities of the applicant and will be offered in writing by the Principal of Secondary School.

There is no charge to apply for a sporting or cultural scholarship. However, a $1500 acceptance fee applies if an offer of enrolment is made. This fee applies to all students entering the Secondary School, including scholarship recipients.

Successful candidates for cultural scholarships in Music will be expected to take Music as a subject as part of their academic programme in Years 12 and 13.

The College’s decision regarding the awarding of sporting or cultural scholarships is final.

Targeted Sports

Winter: rugby, netball, basketball, hockey, football
Summer: cricket, tennis
