Parent Interviews: Monday 20 – Thursday 23 March
This year the interviews will be spread over four days. When you make your booking, you will be prompted to choose between in-person interview or videoconference. Choose the option that best suits your current situation. You can, at any time, log back into the school interviews site and change your meeting preference if your situation changes. If you select videoconference as your preferred option, you will receive a ‘join videoconference’ link in your confirmation email.
Please note, all Years 4–8 children are required to attend the interviews.
Please enter and leave the Junior Department via the gate behind the Pre-school. Entry to the Years 4–8 building is via the front door and exit via one of the two maglock doors either beside Year 5 (at the end of the building) or beside Year 4 (in the middle of the building).
Please contact Reception if you experience any difficulty making a booking. Bookings will close Friday 17 March.
If there is no suitable time available for you, please contact your child’s class teacher directly (via email) and another day and time will be arranged.

Preparatory School Open Day, Thursday 9 March, 11.00am–12.30pm
As parents currently of the Preparatory School, you are most welcome like to attend our upcoming Open Day. Please register online if you plan to attend.
Preparatory School Sunday Chapel Service
Our first service this year will be on Sunday 12 March, at 5.00pm, in the Centennial Chapel. The service is for all Year 1-8 students. Parents are warmly invited to attend, particularly new parents and parents of the younger children. The arrival time is 4.45pm, the class teachers will be there to meet the children and to do the attendance check (compulsory attendance). Please note, there will be no teachers at the meeting point until 4.45pm, so do not 'drop and go' earlier than this. Years 1–3 children will meet in the new Junior Department and Years 4–8 will meet at the flagpole in front of Strowan House.
Given the large number of people involved, it may be wise to arrange a place to meet your child after the service. Students are required to wear their school uniform with blazer.
Cantare Choir (Years 6–8) will be required to be at the Chapel for 4.20pm in order to warm up and run through the performance piece (Psalm 121) that will be sung in the service. Parents will not be able to come into chapel at this time but are most welcome to come back at 4.45pm and stay for the 5.00pm service.
Drop Off Zone
When exiting the drop off zone from the driveway, please do not attempt to turn right. This will ensure there is no back up behind you and driver tension over the delay. It is possible to still head North by turning right onto Urunga Ave.
Staccato Café
The Preparatory School Staccato Café is open for parents from 8.00am–9.15am daily. This is a great way to meet people.
