Device Onboarding

Follow these instructions to complete the onboarding process and access the College Wi-Fi.

Please visit the Helpdesk upstairs in the Tech Centre; the friendly ICT Helpdesk team will be happy to assist you.

Installing Applications

Once you're connected to the College Wi-Fi, follow these links to install the required apps:

Microsoft 365 (Office) – For access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive and Outlook.
Microsoft Teams – For online classes and communication with teachers.
Vivi – For sharing and presenting wirelessly in class.

Please note: When you finish your time at the College, you will lose access to College services; any Microsoft 365 applications you have installed will stop working unless you acquire your own license.

Printing

Once you're connected to the College Wi-Fi, we recommend installing Mobility Print for direct printing from your personal device.

Alternatively, you can print from your browser on any device using Web Print.

Your use of the College network and email is subject to the College's Cybersafety Use Agreement.
